Bruno Burri, owner of Swedo-Tech Services, is the proud winner of the past MIWA regional and national mystery shopper competition and received his 5 Star grading certificate from the RMI.
Standing with Bruno (right) is Mark Erasmus from the RMI office in Bloemfontein. The MIWA grading initiative is outsourced and done by Aubrey Williams, national accreditation manager. The aim of the grading initiative is to improve standards in the aftermarket workshop environment and particularly those of MIWA accredited members whether they are independents or franchisees.
